Terms and Conditions

Trials

One-off trial classes can be booked for any available class via the website. Trial prices vary depending on which class you attend (please see each venue for individual trial prices). If you would like to rearrange the trial to the following week you must contact info@goodlifgymnastics.com 2 days prior to the session to make this change. If we are not contacted by email, then we will not be able to transfer the trial. All trial dates are non-refundable and they can only be transferred once.

Following your trial session, you will receive an invitation by email from Good Life Gymnastics (bookings@class4kids.co.uk) asking whether you would like to accept or decline the space in the class. You have 24 hours after the trial to accept or decline the invitation. If we have not received your booking confirmation within this time, your child’s place will no longer be reserved in the class. Please note that, occasionally, this invite may go into a junk mail folder, so please add bookings@class4kids.co.uk to your email address book.

Joining Fee

This is a one-off charge taken at the beginning of your time with us after your trial and this is non-refundable. (if a promotion is running, this may be waived at the time of signing up)

Sibling/Multi-class Discount

This is applicable for members under monthly subscription payment scheme only. The first child of every family doing one class will be charged the standard subscription plan. Any further children or classes booked in the same family will receive a 10% discount per extra child or class. This discount will be applied after you have set up your standard subscription plan for each child. Please note you will not be charged until the 1st of the following month when the sibling discount has been applied. This discount does not apply to trials and to members under annual subscription payment scheme.

Weekly Classes – Subscriptions & Attendance

Good Life Gymnastics run classes during school term time only. Your payment plan covers the cost for the class you have selected in the venue you have selected and is spread equally over 12 months of the year, therefore fees/subscriptions are still payable during school holiday months where no lessons are taking place. Payments are taken from your credit/debit card on the 1st of every month for the monthly subscription payment scheme and on 1st September for the annual subscription payment scheme. The cost of all classes vary and can be found on the individual booking pages. These costs include all membership and insurance fees. We do not offer refunds for classes or trial sessions.

Term Dates

Term dates will be sent out in advance of each new term and can be found on our website.

Your child will automatically be included every term in their current class. If you wish to leave or change classes please see “Cancellation of Subscription” below.

Cover Payments for New Starters

A covering payment is an additional one-off charge that is added to your first monthly subscription. This charge is to cover any unpaid classes attended before your first monthly payment is taken.

Annual Subscription Payment Scheme

Our Annual Subscription Payment Scheme is available only for current members. Payment is taken every 1st of September and subscriptions are automatically renewed in August. If you wish to return to the monthly subscription payment scheme, please email us at info@goodlifegymnastics.com requesting this change, no later than 31st July. Any requests that come in after this date will not be changed.

Attendance

If a child cannot attend a class for any reason, we cannot transfer their class or provide a refund.

If a child will no longer be able to attend due to a medical reason, then please see our “Cancellation of Subscription” terms below.

If for any unforeseen circumstances a class has to be cancelled we will endeavour to offer a make up session.

No Attendance due to Injury: Please be in touch by email to info@goodlifegymnastics.com and we will discuss options with you.

Failure to Pay Monthly/Annual Subscription

Your payment is due to come out on the 1st of the month for monthly subscription payment scheme and 1st September for annual subscription payment scheme, and if for any reason we are unable to take this payment before your child’s next class, they will, unfortunately, not be allowed to participate. Please be aware that this will lead to us cancelling your subscription and offering your child’s place to the next person on the waiting list.

In order to update your credit card details you must follow the link on the e-mails sent to you via the booking system. If you have not received a link, please contact the Admin team via info@goodlifegymnastics.com as soon as possible. Please update your bank details on your account or contact us ASAP.

Drop off and pick up procedure

For your child’s safety, please ensure when dropping them off at any of our classes that you bring them into the building and drop them off with one of our Good Life Gymnastics coaches. Until that point, they are not our responsibility and we cannot monitor children being dropped in school car parks to make their own way into class.

If your child is walking home alone without an adult picking them up or if they are meeting you in the car park, we need to be informed in writing and have your permission to let them leave the building alone.

For our after school clubs, we need to have written confirmation that your child can walk home alone, even if you have written to the school, as we need our own proof.

All written permissions can be emailed to info@goodlifegymnastics.com.

Cancellation of Subscription

We’re very sorry to hear that you’ve decided to leave us.

We plan our classes on a yearly basis and to get the most out of the club and your child’s interest in gymnastics, we encourage you to join with a commitment to completing each term in full. Your payments are on a running subscription meaning you do not need to re-book each term as you will automatically be re-enrolled.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please go to the Contact Us page of our website and follow the Cancellation option. Fill out the form and this will, then, be processed.

For members under monthly subscription payment scheme: One month notification is required and any request sent by the end of the month must be no later than the 26th of the month to ensure cancellation before the end of the following month.

If we receive your notice on the first day of the month, your membership will end on the last day of the same month. If we receive notice after the first day of the month, your membership will end on the last day of the following month. This means we will take one more direct debit payment before cancelling your subscription. For example, if we receive your notice on 8th May, cancellation will take effect from 30th June.

For members under annual subscription payment scheme: Cancellation requests should be sent no later than 31st July, otherwise, you will be automatically re-enrolled onto the annual subscription payment scheme.

If you wish to cancel mid-year, please be guided by the following cancellation notice periods and refund computations.

Cancellation Notice given up to 30th September: Annual Subscription Price minus Full Price of Monthly Subscription = Refund Amount

Cancellation Notice given on 1st October to 30th April: 50% of Monthly Cost based on Annual Subscription Price x Number of Months left in the Year = Refund Amount

Cancellation Notice given on 1st May to 31st August: No Refunds

When you cancel your membership we will send an email in acknowledgement to confirm the date that your subscription will end. Your child is entitled to attend classes until then. If you do not receive this acknowledgement, you must assume that we have not received your cancellation notice.

If you would like to come back, (we hope you do!), you may need to go on a waiting list as we, unfortunately, can’t guarantee availability in the same class.

Holiday Camps

Cancellation Notice Periods

FULL Refund – Up to 14 days before camp date booked

95% Refund – Up to 7 days before camp date booked

No Refund but Transfer within the same camp period may be possible if there is availability – Up to 72 hours before camp date booked

No Refund or Transfer – 0 days to 72 hours before camp date booked

Please notify us by email to info@goodlifegymnastics.com with any cancellation requests and we will get in touch as soon after. Please note that the reason for the 95% refund is to cover an Administration fee that we are charged within our system. If there are extenuating circumstances, we will endeavour to be as flexible as possible in rebooking you on to a camp on another day/week as per the timings above. This will be subject to availability and only to be used within the same school holiday.

Rearranging Camp Booking

All rearranged camp bookings can only be made at least 72 hours ahead of the booking date. We are unable to rearrange or refund any camps after this point. Unfortunately should a cancellation or rearrangement wants to be made towards the end of a holiday period over the last 2 days, we will not be able to rearrange or refund these sessions.

Return Policy for Good Life Gymnastics Clothing (excluding leotards):

We offer no returns on Good Life Gymnastics merchandise sold at the gym locations. Please inspect the item fully before you take it home.

Changes to this Policy

Good Life Gymnastics has the discretion to update this Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage you to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically and become aware of modifications.
