Kids Gymnastics Classes Advanced Squad Class

Advanced Squad Class - 2 hours

This class has been developed for those gymnasts who have been consistently producing an impressive level of gymnastics and are looking for more of a challenge in line with the new competitive route we are introducing to the club. This is an invitation only class and can only be booked by the Manager.

The 2 hour Advanced Squad class will comprise of:

– The higher level floor and vault skills such as twisting, front and back tumbling combinations, advanced vaults such as hand spring & hand spring twisting

– Learning to perform their skills perfectly and beautifully

– Physical preparation, getting their bodies ready by improving their flexibility, strength, balance and coordination

– Competition Preparation, teaching the gymnasts all the skills and tools they will need to compete in Floor and Vault Competitions during the year

Class details are as follows:

Time: Wednesday – 6pm – 8pm
