One-off trial classes can be booked via our website for any available session. Trial prices vary depending on the class and venue — please check the individual class listings for details.
If you need to rearrange your trial, you must email info@goodlifegymnastics.com at least 2 days before the scheduled session. Trials can only be rescheduled once and are non-refundable.
After your trial, you will receive an invitation via email from bookings@class4kids.co.uk to accept or decline a space in the class. You have 24 hours to respond. If we don’t receive a response, the space will be released. If you can’t see the invitation in your inbox, please check your junk folder, and add this email to your safe sender list.
To cover insurance, admin, and setup costs, the following fees apply:
If your first payment will be on 1st September, only the joining fee will be applied that month.
This discount applies only to monthly subscription plans.
Classes run during school term time only, over a period of 36 – 38 weeks, however, subscription payments are spread evenly over 12 months, including holiday months when no classes run.
Costs vary per class and are listed on individual booking pages. We do not offer refunds for missed classes or trial sessions.
Term dates are published on our website and on your account. Your child is automatically re-enrolled in their current class each term unless you requested cancellation (see “Cancellation of Subscription”).
An additional one-off cover payment may be applied to your first monthly bill to cover sessions attended before your first subscription payment is processed.
This plan is available to current members only. Payment is taken on 1st September and auto-renews annually.
If you wish to switch back to a monthly plan, please email info@goodlifegymnastics.com by 31st July. Changes requested after this date will not be processed.
If your child misses a class, we cannot offer refunds or temporary transfers.
In the case of injury or other medical reasons, please email info@goodlifegymnastics.com and we’ll be happy to discuss options with you.
If a class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will aim to offer a make-up session whenever possible.
If you wish to transfer to a different class or venue, please email info@goodlifegymnastics.com. Transfers are subject to availability. Any difference in fees will not be refunded and your new subscription plan will be reflected in the billing for the subsequent month.
If we are unable to take your subscription payment before your child’s next class, they will not be able to attend. This may also lead to your subscription being cancelled, and the space offered to the next person on the waiting list.
To update your payment details, follow the link provided in the emails from our booking system. If you don’t receive a link, please contact us at info@goodlifegymnastics.com.
Please ensure that you bring your child into the building and hand them over to one of our coaches. We cannot take responsibility for children dropped off outside or left to make their own way in.
If your child is walking home alone or meeting you outside, written permission must be sent to info@goodlifegymnastics.com. This also applies to after-school clubs, even if permission has already been given to the school.
We’re very sorry to see you go.
Our classes are planned on a yearly basis and to get the most out of the club, we encourage you to join with a commitment of completing the year in full. The classes run on a subscription basis and your child is automatically re-enrolled each term.
To cancel, please visit the Contact Us page on our website and complete the cancellation form.
For Monthly Subscribers
For example, if the notice is given on 31st March, the final payment will be taken on 1st April, and the child may attend until the end of April.
For Annual Subscribers
Cancellation Date Refund Policy
Up to 30th September Annual fee minus cost of monthly plan to date = refund
1st October – 30th April 50% of the monthly rate x number of months remaining = refund
1st May – 31st August No refunds available
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email with the date when your subscription will end. If you don’t receive this, your cancellation has not been processed—please follow up with us.
Returning members may be placed on a waiting list, as places are subject to availability.
These policies ensure consistency and fairness in managing subscriptions.
All cancellation requests must be emailed to info@goodlifegymnastics.com. We’ll always try to help in cases of genuine need, but please note these timings are firm.
Bookings can only be rearranged if we receive notice at least 72 hours before the start date. Notice must be given between Monday to Friday (before 12:00pm on Fridays).
We cannot rearrange or refund camps:
We do not offer returns on Good Life Gymnastics merchandise purchased at our venues. Please inspect items before taking them home.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. By continuing your membership, you agree to the current version of this policy.
