Online Gymnastics Classes

Keeping the core principles of our physical gymnastics classes, we have developed some high quality online gymnastics classes using ZOOM for all ages and abilities to be done in the safety of your home. Our aim is to give children an exciting and beneficial class on a weekly basis to look forward to. We aim to run these sessions 52 weeks of the year!

ZOOM GYMNASTICS CLASSES:

Highly interactive virtual gymnastics classes in the comfort of your own home with individual feedback to the children as they participate.

An email will go out every week notifying parents what children will need for the weeks session e.g. cuddly toy, towel, cushion etc - Always have a water bottle to hand.

This weekly email will also include your invitation to the weekly ZOOM session.

12 week segments of weekly class themes to help keep children engaged and excited to learn.

Interaction between coach and gymnast.

Full body warm up, stretch out and a range of different gymnastic workouts every week.

High quality coaches running each session.
