6 - 9 YEARS
We use the fun and excitement of our planned warm ups to include a good section of cardiovascular exercise. The warm ups are designed to focus on the Theme of the Week, to warm up and efficiently stretch all major muscles and those that will be focused on in the season.
Skills time - Coaches are used to model moves correctly and support children to ensure progress is made. We aim to challenge individuals and work with them to achieve their goals and the weekly themes. Good cartwheels and rolls are a key focus on top of our weekly themes
